Shipping Policy

At VACANT EDITIONS, each order is handled personally and with great care. As a one-person operation specializing in fine art, we take the time to ensure every piece is packaged safely and thoughtfully before it leaves our hands.

Processing & Delivery Time Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date of your order for your item to be shipped. Fine art requires careful handling and preparation, and we never rush this process. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates rely in a large part on how the artwork is packaged so we ask you to reach out to us directly with information on which piece you're interested in and we'll give you a quote for shipping cost.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
